Connect Your Tools Without Sharing a Password

1. Open Google Calendar on a computer.
2. Next to your calendar's name, click the three dots, then Settings and sharing.
3. Under Shared with, click Add people and groups.
4. Type [email protected], pick Make changes to events, and click Send.

To remove our access: on the same screen, click the X next to our email.

1. In Outlook on the web, open your calendar and click Share.
2. Type [email protected], pick a permission, and click Share.

Outlook only lets people outside your company view a calendar, not edit it. Viewing shows us when you're busy. For booking, our team will email you the next step.

To remove our access: open Share, click our name, and remove it.

Easiest: send us your Calendly booking link. Your receptionist can text it to callers.

To let us book for you:

1. Log in to Calendly and go to Integrations, then API & Webhooks.
2. Create a personal access token, name it "Leave the Phone to Us," and copy it.
3. Email it to [email protected].

Calendly's API works on all plans. Some features (like webhooks) need a paid Calendly plan.

To remove our access: delete the token on the same page.

On the Premium plan (formerly Powerhouse):

1. In Acuity, click Integrations.
2. Scroll to the API section and click View credentials.
3. Email your User ID and API key to [email protected].

On other plans: send us your scheduling link, and your receptionist can text it to callers.

To remove our access: click Reset API Key in the same section.

1. Open your account and go to Settings, then Private Integrations.
2. Click Create new integration and name it "Leave the Phone to Us."
3. Pick only the permissions our team asks for.
4. Copy the token right away (it's shown only once) and email it to [email protected].

Don't see Private Integrations? It may need to be turned on in Labs, or ask your account admin.

To remove our access: open the integration and delete or rotate the token.

Jobber doesn't offer API keys, so the simplest way is to add us as a team member.

1. In Jobber, go to Settings, then Manage Team.
2. Add [email protected] with the lowest role that can see and schedule jobs.

If you're out of user seats, Jobber charges for an extra user. Check your plan first, or email us for other options.

To remove our access: in Manage Team, deactivate our user.

On the MAX plan (you must be an Admin):

1. Open My Apps, then the App Store.
2. Find API Key Management and click Generate API Key.
3. Name it "Leave the Phone to Us," choose Read-only unless we ask for full access, and click Generate key.
4. Email the key to [email protected].

On other plans: add [email protected] as an employee. Check your plan for user limits.

To remove our access: delete the key in API Key Management, or remove our employee.

1. In HubSpot, go to Development, then Keys, then Service keys.
2. Click Create service key, name it "Leave the Phone to Us," and add only the permissions we ask for.
3. Open the key, click Show, then Copy.
4. Email it to [email protected].

Or invite [email protected] as a user. Check whether your plan needs a paid seat for that.

To remove our access: delete the service key, or remove our user.

1. Click your profile icon, then Settings.
2. Click API, then + Create New.
3. Name it "Leave the Phone to Us" and pick an Access Profile with only what we need.
4. Click Create, then Copy. It's shown only once.
5. Email the key to [email protected].

JobNimbus keys expire after one year, so set a reminder to make a new one.

To remove our access: disable or delete the key in Settings > API.
