Why is there a setup fee?
Our team builds your receptionist just for your business. We learn your business, write what it says, set up your calls, and test it. That is a lot of work, so there is a one-time fee of $297.
How do I get setup for free?
Pay for 6 months or a full year up front. Then setup is free. Example: Most Popular plan, 6 months up front is $2,094. No $297 setup fee.
What do I get if I pay for a year?
Free setup, and 2 months free. You pay for 10 months and get 12.
Do I pay setup again if I change plans?
No. You only pay setup one time.
What is the founding deal (first 5 clients)?
Our first 5 clients get free setup and $50 off every month, for as long as they stay. Use the founding link and type the code FOUNDING at checkout. Once all 5 spots are taken, the code stops working. Example: Most Popular is $299 a month instead of $349.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get a 14-day free trial from the day you sign up. In week 1, our team builds it with you. In week 2, you try it with your real calls. We keep making changes along the way. Your first monthly payment comes after the 14 days.
When do I pay the setup fee?
On monthly plans, the one-time $297 setup is paid when you sign up. It is free for founding members and if you pay for 6 months or a year up front.
What if I don't like it?
Tell our team within 30 days of your first paid month and we give your money back.
Is there a contract?
No. Stop anytime. Just text our team.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number. You just forward your calls to us. We help you set it up.
When do my calls forward to you?
You pick. When you're busy, after hours, or all calls.
Do I have to learn any software?
No. No logins. No apps. Our team builds and runs everything. You just get your call notes.
How do I make a change?
Just text or email our team. Small changes are free. Your dedicated account manager takes care of it.
What counts as a small change?
Things like hours, holidays, prices, services, answers, who gets alerts, and transfer numbers.
What is a "bigger new feature"?
Something new, like a new connection or a new language. Pro gets one every 3 months. Premium gets one every month. On other plans, we tell you the price first.
What if I use too many minutes?
Extra minutes are 20¢. If it keeps happening, we'll tell you which plan saves you money.
Will callers know it's AI?
It sounds friendly and natural. If a caller asks, it tells them it's an AI receptionist. It sends callers to a real person when they need one.
What if a caller has an emergency?
We set it up to send urgent calls straight to you or your on-call person.
Can it speak Spanish?
Yes. Most Popular and up speak English and Spanish. Other languages are on request.
